ICE has successfully contracted more than 250 projects totaling over $185 million
in construction value. Our motto Commitment to Safety and Quality. ICE's business
philosophy puts the value of ethics and customer satisfaction above all else.
Committed to the concept of Design-Build, ICE currently derives over one third of
its annual sales from this construction method. Our client list includes the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, the General Services Administration, the Veteran's Administration
and the U.S. Department of the Navy.
ICE’s revolutionary Construction Management Division utilizes construction management
processes that place us a step ahead of the competition. ICE has developed an in-house
manual referred to as the Standard Operating Procedures which sets the standards
for all of our operations. Many of these procedures draw from the USACE Construction
Quality Management for Contractors guidelines. We use Internet based document and
project management technology as well as scheduling software to disseminate vital
information and control our projects through the Internet. The Construction Management
Division is also responsible for safety and quality control professionals who help
oversee these vital elements on a company-wide basis.
ICE has distinguished itself in the arena of Historic Preservation. We have successfully
completed over 80 projects featuring sites of National or State historic importance,
including the homes of George Washington, Thomas Edison and the New Jersey Governor.
In 2000, ICE was presented with the New Jersey Historic Preservation Award for its
work on the St. James A.M.E. Church in Newark, New Jersey.
ICE can service clients from conception to final construction and maintenance. By
offering turnkey services, we are able to better control the quality and timeliness
of the end product while quickly addressing any client concerns. Additionally, ICE
has established wood working and sheet metal shops to increase our capabilities
for self performed work.
