ICE also employs over 50 seasoned field employees and craftsmen specializing in a variety of trades. ICE can also provide experienced project managers and project superintendents for management on various projects.

All key personnel are trained in the United States Army Corps of Engineer Construction Quality Management for Contractors program. We have a written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual based specifically on this program. Strict adherence to the procedures in the SOP is required by each ICE employee. In addition, our managers are kept abreast of the latest tools and techniques of the trade through seminars and training programs.

ICE is affiliated with local masonry, carpentry and sheet metal Labor Unions and apprenticeship programs to supplement its in-house work force. ICE’s services are provided in conjunction with an extended family of subcontractors and suppliers with whom we have worked with as a team over several years. This close association has established a mutual trust and resulted in quick, efficient, and dependable services for ourselves and our clients.
