Sid Raman

Sid Raman, PE, LEED AP, CBCP


Sid is a professional engineer who has over twenty years experience in planning, cost estimating, design and restoration of existing buildings. His background is rich with structural and geotechnical engineering and construction management experience. Sid has participated in the bidding and project management of the firm’s work on over 150 landmark buildings. He has also spearheaded ICE’s entry into the Design-Build and Construction Management markets, focusing the company’s commitment to safety and quality procedures through the development of a Standard Operating Procedures manual and interactive CD.

Sid is also very active in the technical side of the business and has ICE’s employees participating in all key industrial seminars and training sessions. As a working principal of ICE he reviews all bids, participates in construction scheduling and planning for all of the company’s projects and frequents job sites for quality control and safety inspections as well as to attend client job meetings.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Arbitration Association. Also notable, Sid is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, the Sealant, Waterproofing & Restoration Institute, and the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors. He has a Master’s Degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He has received certification for completing the Army Corps Quality Control Program for Contractors as well as the OSHA 40 Hour Competent Person Seminar.
