Job Description:

The Mansion is a 50 plus year old Vanderbuilt family home that is now the administrative building for FDU. Integrated's scope of work included the exterior cleaning and restoration of the building and the replacement of damaged and missing ornamental balustrades. The work also included the complete replacement of the roof wih a standing seam copper roof modeled after the original roof. The existing first floor toilets were renovated to be both larger and to include custom tile and architectural details in keeping with the granduer of the building. Integrated completed all the work within a fully functional building ahead of project schedules.
