Job Description:

Netherwood Station is a State of New Jersey Historical Landmark. Every element of the exterior of the building had to be restored to its former grandeur. In the course of the work, the building canopies had to be completely shored, lead paint abatement had to be performed on all the wood surfaces, and extensive structural work had to be done to the roof, making this a showcase of restoration and construction techniques. The entire project was done using Integrated's in-house crews except for the lead abatement. The project was substantially complete 2 months ahead of schedule.
