Job Description:

The Lydecker Homestead is a 250 year plus home on the State Historic Register which was to be restored and renovated to accommodate a senior center. The challenge on this project was to maintain interior and exterior historical elements while upgrading the facility to be in compliance with modern building codes including ADA accessibility requirements. As a part of the project, an addition was constructed to the side of the building which houses a meeting room, kitchenette, and elevator. Integrated completed framing, roofing, interior finishes, and masonry restoration using its own forces. Integrated subcontracted electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevator work to its long standing team of trade contractors.
