Job Description: The Relocation of a 204 year old historic structure, Hamilton Grange, to a new site in St. Nicholas Park approx. 3/4 of a mile away along NYC Streets.

The project included the stabilization and preservation of the Grange, new site preparation, new foundation work, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security and an accessible wheelchair lift to enable the Grange to be utilized as an educational facility.  Both the existing and the new sites were landscaped.
